Abstract

Ramsay-Hunt syndrome is known to be accompanied with cranial polyneuropathy occasionally. Imaging may play
an important role in the evaluation of cranial polyneuropathy. We report a case of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome who developed
dysphagia due to vagus nerve involvement which was visualized by contrast enhanced three-dimensional fluid-attenuated
inversion recovery Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
